Full-time Faculty

New, full-time faculty will need to complete the following forms/tasks:

• Business card order form
• Website biography form
• Name tag form
• Schedule 你的 headshot via email. This photo will be used in the email and LMS systems, as well as on 你的 website bio page and 你的 employee ID. After 你的 photo has been taken, you can access 你的 Mobile ID. 
• Create 你的 email signature

Staff or Non-Teaching Employee

New, full-time staff and non-teaching employees will need to complete the following tasks. Current staff can also use these forms for reorders or changes in information:

• Business card order form
• Name tag form
• Schedule 你的 headshot via email. This photo will be used in the email and LMS systems, as well as on 你的 website bio page and 你的 employee ID. After 你的 photo has been taken, you can access 你的 Mobile ID. 
• Create 你的 email signature

Adjunct Faculty

Adjunct faculty will need to complete the following tasks:

• Schedule 你的 headshot via email. This photo will be used in the email and LMS systems and 你的 mobile employee ID. After 你的 photo has been taken, you can access 你的 Mobile ID. 
• If you are a remote employee and will not be reporting to campus, please use the email above to notify marketing of 你的 remote status. 
• Create 你的 email signature
